What can I store?
In the self storage units you can store anything you want. However, for the safety of our customers and their possessions, you cannot store the following;
- Aerosol cans
- Cash or securities
- Explosives
- Firearms or ammunitions
- Gas canisters
- Hazardous or toxic products
- High value or extremely precious goods
- Illegal goods
- Live animals or plants
- Pollutants, contaminated goods or waste
- Perishable goods
- Radioactive goods

What are your opening times?
Our normal opening times are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm and Saturday 8.30am until 4pm. These times are subject to change during the summer and busy periods. We are closed Bank Holidays.
What size storage units can I choose from?

How do I know someone else does not have access to my storage unit?
Your storage unit is securely padlocked by yourself and only you will have the key. We do not have a duplicate key for your padlock so we cannot access your unit. We also have 24/7 CCTV and monitored alarm systems.
Is there a minimum or maximum time I can store my goods with you?
You can store your goods for as long as you need. The minimum length of storage term is only 4 weeks and thereafter on a monthly basis. You can cancel your storage space with only 14 days’ notice so you wont have to pay for storage you do not need.
How do I pack everything?
It is entirely up to you how you pack your goods. If you need advice, please get in touch.
How do I rent a space?
Renting a space is really easy. Either look at the Sizes or Prices and decide what you need or phone us for advice.

How do I pay?
We charge you monthly for your storage space and invoice you every 4 weeks. Payment for each 4 week rent will be taken up front and then subsequently invoiced every 4 weeks. You can pay either by Standing Order, Credit/Debit Card or Cash.
Insurance
Insurance cover is optional, we DO NOT INSURE YOUR GOODS and we would recommend you have insurance. We do all we can to reduce all possible risks to you property but accidents do happen. Please note that unless you take out insurance, there will not be any cover in the event of Third party damage, fire, flood or theft.
What do I need to book my storage?
- Photo ID – passport or driving licence
- Proof of Address – Utility Bill or Council Tax Bill
- A copy of the V5 Log Book (in the case of vehicles)
- A Padlock for your own storage unit. We can provide one at a nominal cost.
- Payment for the first 4 weeks either Credit/Debit card or Cash
- You will be given a copy of our Terms and Conditions and will be required to sign an agreement between ourselves and you for your storage.
